Helping you make meaningful changes to how you eat, move and live — in ways that connect to your values and build you up.
I support people who feel stuck - worn down by dieting, unsure how to move forward, or overwhelmed by advice that doesn’t quite fit.
As an HCPC Registered Health Psychologist, I offer compassionate, evidence-based support to help you make sense of your health and wellbeing, and find your own way forward.
Having experienced the pressures of dieting and weight concerns myself, I understand how stressful and frustrating it can be. That’s why I take a realistic, values-led approach - helping you care for yourself in ways that feel doable and kind.
My work is weight-inclusive and grounded in personal choice. I support people of all body sizes, including those who want to lose weight, those who don’t, and those navigating weight loss medication. Health is about more than numbers - and your wellbeing deserves care, not judgement.
You don’t have to have it all figured out before you start.
We’ll work together to find what feels doable and meaningful for you.

If you're curious about working together, I invite you to explore my services and see what feels like the right fit for you. There's no pressure - just clear, compassionate options designed to support you in your own way.
If you're not sure where to start or want to talk things through, you're welcome to book a free initial consultation.
